“NEW WORLDS” 2021 Online Exhibition

This year the foundation course has created work not only in the college studio environment but at home, on the computer in the landscape and on the phone- in fact anywhere and everywhere available and possible to our students. The last year has demonstrated how inventive, hardworking, resilient and diverse our students have been and we, as staff applaud their determination to succeed as creatives.

This work showcases examples of the final major project from 61 students with work developed from the 4 main areas of specialism: fine art, 3d, graphic communication and fashion/ textiles.

The majority of our students progress to universities across the country. This year our list includes Edinburgh, Loughborough, Bournemouth, Camberwell (UAL), Portsmouth, Falmouth, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Bristol, Brighton and Bath, with students studying a diverse array of BA Degree courses such as painting, illustration, animation, interior design, graphic design, concept art, fashion, ceramics.

Within this one-year course we aim to develop a culture of creative expression, skill and enterprise within the course and this year the students have done us proud.
